• Alcohol, smoking, and loud music may be restricted in certain areas — please respect local customs and homestay rules.

• Any damage caused to property or belongings will be charged to the guest.

• The homestay owner reserves the right to deny entry or cancel bookings in case of misconduct or non-compliance with rules.

• Rates are subject to change during peak seasons or special events.

1. Reservation and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by White House Chanshal Valley Homestay. To confirm your reservation, full payment or a specified advance deposit may be required. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfers as payment modes. Additional charges may apply for specific payment methods or late confirmations.

2. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation policies depend on the type of booking and the rate plan selected. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific terms.
Cancellations made within the permitted time frame may still be subject to cancellation charges.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 working days in accordance with our refund policy.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment during their stay. Please avoid behavior that could disturb other guests or homestay family members.
The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or suspicious activities
• Excessive noise, especially during night hours
• Misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior

White House Chanshal Valley Homestay reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to vacate the property without refund if rules are violated.

4. Property Damage and Loss

Guests will be held accountable for any damage or loss to the property, furnishings, appliances, or décor caused during their stay. Charges may be applied for repair or replacement.

White House Chanshal Valley Homestay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website or provided on request at the property.
